sweet purple yam muffin feat choco chips,..

its saturdey,..means im in holidey,..
and todey, i made some muffin from sweet purple yam,.

here we go the ingredients :
- 300 gr  sweet purple yam
- 150 gr all purpose flour
- 100 gr castor sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 75 gr butter
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs

then,.. how to make??

First, steam the sweet purlple yam. then crushed it.

Second, mix the flour, castor sugar and baking powder.set aside.

Third, melt the butter, mix with milk and 2 eggs stir well. then add the sweet purple yam.

Fourth, mix the flour to dough slowly. until blended.

Fifth, smear the muffin pan with butter, put the muffin paper.

sixth, then put the dough to muffin pan. fill it about 2/3.

Seventh, heat the oven to 175 degree.wait till it warming. put the dough inside, and wait about 20 minutes. or till it bake properly.

and here come the muffins fresh from the oven,... ^^
